Who should be the target audience for training local people to be more effective global problem-solvers at the local level?

The target audience should be everyone who shapes local life—not only experts, but young people, educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders, farmers, faith communities, and ordinary citizens. Because global problems are rarely solved by those who merely understand them; they are solved when local people acquire the knowledge, confidence, and agency to turn global challenges into locally owned action.
