Solving global problems that exist in the Global South such as poverty, world hunger and poor eduction is almost impossible due to geopolitical, cultural and economical challenges. But real social impact for increased wages, dignity of the worker, access to capital, can be achieved when people in the Global South are trained in how to solve global problems locally.

We are trained to see work as the place where we prove our worth: climb higher, deliver more, outperform everyone. Most of our day goes to tasks that test our skills but ignore or even undermine the deeper parts of us that make us better, stronger human beings. We often become more efficient but less whole.
