Completed the needs assessment across 14 parishes: the top request wasn't money, it was training and recognition. Designing a certification track and a modest stipend model around exactly that.

Catechists are the frontline of the faith in Multan — often the only formation a village sees for months. Yet most are untrained and unpaid. We're building a program that treats them as the ministers they already are.
