Piloted the agricultural model first: the seminary already has land and labor, it just wasn't run as an enterprise. First harvest sold to the local market covered 15% of the term's food budget. Self-reliance is a spiritual discipline too.

Seminaries in Yaoundé run almost entirely on external donations — a single funding shock and formation stops. We're designing revenue models that let a seminary partly fund itself with dignity: farm output, guesthouses, skilled services.
