Case-method works better than lectures here. We put leaders through real dilemmas from their own sectors — the bribe, the nepotism ask, the shortcut — and let the room argue it out. Ethics as a muscle, trained under load.

Cameroon doesn't lack talented leaders — it lacks formation in ethical governance that survives real pressure. Our program trains leaders to hold integrity when it costs them something. That's the only test that counts.
