Sourced our first region's box entirely within a 30km radius — a weaver, a potter, a beekeeper, a woodcarver. Meeting each maker in person is slow and unscalable and completely the point. Provenance you can trace by hand.

Local Box is a rebellion against the identical-everywhere gift. Each box is filled with hand-made objects from a specific place and its artisans — you're not buying a product, you're collecting a piece of somewhere real.
